This site is a combination of my previous two projects, Paleo Runner Podcast, and my book, Low-Mileage Running: Run Faster, Injury Free.

I started Paleo Runner Podcast to interview experts on the Paleo diet, minimalist running shoes, and evolutionary health. I succeeded in recording interviews with over one hundred experts in those fields and publishing the interview to iTunes, YouTube, Anchor, and elsewhere.

I wrote the book, Low-Mileage Running: Run Faster, Injury Free to share my low-mileage approach to training for distance running and avoiding injury. I hope to have assisted others to stay injury free while getting great results from their training.

In November of 2018, I decided to merge the two projects into one site, which is what you see here today.
